● The organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring during, after or on account of the Event or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prizes.

● No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisoning will be entertained.

● Should you participate in any games or contests, the results of such game/contest as declared by us shall be final and we will not entertain any objections raised in relation to the same.

● You shall ensure compliance with all applicable laws, during your presence and participation at the Event. We reserve the right to remove any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive or violates event policies.

● You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all losses, claims, liabilities, damages that arise on account of or are attributable to your conduct or actions including the breach of any laws by you, at or in relation to the Event.
